Bishop Oyedepo Reveals The One Important Key To Blessings

While preaching recently, the founder of Living Faith Ministries, popularly known as Winners Chapel,Bishop David Oyedepo notes that he has been very blessed despite not investing in a business, according to Information Nigeria

He goes on to reveal the secret - being a man of purpose. According to the popular preacher, having purpose leads to accomplishment.

In Bishop Oyedepo’s words, “I have discovered that men who make outstanding impact in their generation are men of purpose. You too must become a man of purpose to become a man of accomplishment. You are not every man, you are just one man. That means one thing is sufficient for you to pursue. So, give it all you’ve got, and you will get all it contains.”

He further explains that being a man of purpose means doing the one thing God has created him to do.

“I am doing only one thing in the world, and that is what He has sent me to do. I have not invested money into any form of business, yet I am blessed as I pursue my goal. Show me a man with a goal and I would show you a goal-getter in the making,” he concludes.

Sharing on Facebook on Sunday, Bishop Oyedepo said in a post titled “Covenant Blessings for this Week”:

“Even the sky is no limit to your glorious destiny in Christ, all you have to do is stay on duty and He will keep changing your position.
Stop waiting at the door for God to bless you, engage in divine instructions.

As you make your choice to serve God, you will enjoy strong and long life in Jesus’ name!
Every air of drought around your life is finally over!
No more droughts in your career and marriage!
Grace to enjoy serving God, receive now in the name of Jesus!
You will not suffer closed heaven anymore!
Your family will not suffer untimely death, you will not bury your children and you will not die young!
Your long awaited miracle job is delivered in Jesus’ name!
Whatever is responsible for tension in your home is over in the name of Jesus!
God is opening new chapters in your life!
Your heaven shall remain open and you will never know drought!

Apostle Suleman Condemns Comedians Joking With Jesus & ‘Shaku Shaku’ Dance In Church!

– Apostle Suleman condemns acts by comedians using Jesus Christ to crack jokes

– Takes stand against certain dance moves in churchGeneral Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries,Apostle Johnson Suleman has condemned the acts by some Nigerian comedians who take delight in using Jesus Christ to crack jokes.

Apostle Suleman queried why no Comedian uses Mohammed to crack jokes. According to him, Comedians will be killed if they crack jokes with Mohammed.

He also took a swipe at Christians that do not stand up in defence of clergymen as they get dragged online.

While preaching in his church in Edo State recently, Apostle Suleman said:

“No regard. Imagine comedians will be cracking jokes and using Jesus for joke, calling Jesus Bros J and a pastor doesn’t go to the altar and give him sound slap.

“Can you joke with Mohammed like that? They will kill you,” he said.

In another video shared by Award winning music producer Wilson Joel on Instagram, Apostle Suleman condemned the popular dance moves being exported into the church. He was specific about the new dance called ‘Shaku Shaku’. He condemned the church members and pastors joining in the dance saying, it did not start in the church. He is of the view that the church should create its own dance moves and export it to the world.

“Most of us have been carried away by what is popular. Even in the church, we improvise and bring in popular things into church, thinking we can give Christianity swag. People are dancing and moving their hands… they call it Shaku… what they saw outside. You are spiritualizing and churchilizing shaku in church. You are a shame! You are a disgrace. Leave them to dance their dance! Dancing shaku in church, some pastor join them, some choir members and urshers… It didn’t start here. We should look for a dance that started in church and export it outside…”

The prolific music producer Wilson Joel who shared the post said he has some reservations but did not comment further.

LYRICS

We shall see Jesus by Mr Bright and Aemmy

(Chorus by Aemmy)
We shall see Jesus face to face
Our bodies shall be turn into the likeness of His
Glorious body
We shall see Jesus
Face to face
(1st verse by Mr Bright)
Creations making Worthless plans
But Jesus got His name Writing on our forehead
These people tranna do it
Without the Lord
But we see clear bro
Even in the cloud
Like a hunter in the night
Coming for his prey
I see them clearly from the darkness
Coming for my soul
They say B wake up
You can be on top
With what you get
I swear to you
You can be the boss
Christ is lier
You’ve tried it all
How can a baby born in a manger
Can give you life?
Can’t you see how much B
It look so sad?
Bring your soul
Come get the though
Men you can have the world
Yeah! You can have the world
(Bridge by Aemmy)
(Chorus by Aemmy)
We shall see Jesus
Face to face
Our bodies shall be turn into
The likeness of His
Glorious body
We shall see Jesus
Face to face
(2nd verse by Mr Bright)
The word is so effective
I’m a living proof
Rely on it daily
Cause I know I will see Him
Cause since the day
I’ve lost them
Some years ago
I’ve chose to be someone in a positive way
Without my parents
Cause I’m a conqueror
And when the challenges tranna stop
No one was there
Only the Lord
So I’m sorry to you all
To you deceiver
I got a higher price men
Only in Jesus
I pray everyday for you to be reached
My apologies to all the girls
That Really care
But I disappoint
Your boy has found the real life
I pray everyday for you to be reached too
Oh Lord Jesus
You are such a good God
A good father
Instead to put my trust in the spirit
I took my way
Trana be what I’m not
But now I’m falling back
Take control
Jesus make me a better man
(Aemmy)
Our bodies
Shall be turn into
The likeness of His
Glorious body
We shall see Jesus
Face to face
(Chorus by Aemmy)
We shall see Jesus
Face to face
Our bodies shall be turn into
The likeness of His
Glorious body
We shall see Jesus
Face to face
(Outro by Mr Bright)
I know I may fall several times
But the Lord shall raise me up again
And by His grace
I know heaven shall reword me as the greatest preacher of my generation
That is what I aim for
Kekeli and Aemmy

Tank you Jesus

Snoop Dogg: ‘I Thought Church Was Supposed To Welcome Sinners

Snoop Dogg: ‘I Thought Church Was Supposed To Welcome Sinners

Snoop Dogg has some strong words for people who throw shade at his recent foray into Gospel music. The gangsta rap legend released a 32-track opus called Bible of Love that featured gospel heavyweights like Tye Tribbett, Fred Hammond, and B. Slade (formerly known as Tonex)–now the #1 Gospel album on the Billboard charts.

Although Bible of Love snuck up on us, the gospel greats that joined Snoop to produce the project have vouched for the rapper, saying that the work is coming from a real place. Snoop also has church roots: i.e. his mother, Beverly Broadus, is an evangelist who travels and preaches. So, while Bible of Love, is a surprise for many of us. For Snoop, the project is a “return home,” a phrase he uses several times in a recent interview.

Even so, some people are having trouble welcoming the Doggfather into the fold. Snoop sets the record straight on his motivations for the project and what critics can do with their opinions. “I thought church was supposed to welcome sinners,” Snoop says to TV One after his performance at this year’s Stellar Awards. He continues:

If the church was full of saints it wouldn’t be right. So if you find someone trying to find their way back home, the natural thing to do is to be warm welcoming, open your arms and say “Brother, we accept you for who you are and what you’re going through. Come as you are. We know you’ve been doing wrong and you want to get right and we want to help you get right.” We’re not gonna’ throw stones on you when you’re trying to get right and walking back into the church house. That’s what’s running people out the church right now as we speak. His theology isn’t pristine but he’s not wrong either.

Sure. There is something to be said about the necessary consequences of salvation: that is, growth in holiness. And Paul has some advice about new believers not getting into leadership in the body of Christ too quickly (1 Timothy 3:6).

But then there’s also all of Jesus’ teachings and parables about religious know-it-alls and nitpickers who are so obsessed with pointing out the sins of their neighbors that they don’t even realize that they–themselves–are not entering the kingdom (Luke 18:9-14). Snoop’s words also remind other Christians not to be the proverbial “older brother” in Jesus’ Good Samaritan Parable.

The rap icon says that if the architects of the genre don’t have a problem with him reppin’ for the Lord then no one else should. “And if you do what’s happenin?” he asks rhetorically, but his body language says “You can catch these hands if you got’ sum’n say.”

At the end of the day, Snoop joins a long tradition of black artists who have muddied the boundaries between the sacred and the secular, including Sam Cooke, Al Green, and Ray Charles. But he also joins a long line of complicated biblical men: like the Apostle Paul who had been a terrorist before writing most of the New Testament, or King David–a man that God forbade from building the temple because he had too much blood on his hands (1 Chronicles 28:3).

As one of our writers, Mai Perkins, said in her coverage of Snoop’s album, “Bible of Love challenges Christians to check their judgments at the door. At the end of the day, whether you love or hate the idea of him making a gospel album, Snoop is praying for you.”

Kaduna Youths Burn Down Church, Police Station Over Man’s Death

– Kaduna youths burn church, police station

An upheaval on Thursday morning in Kaduna state has left a church and a police station burnt by youths numbering about 200 in Narayi, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna.

It was gathered that trouble started following the death of a boy who worked for a White garment Church.

The rampaging youths burnt down the Church and the Police station when they demanded that the Police in Narayi hand over to them the pastor in charge of the church where the young man died.

It was gathered that the Police had taken the pastor into protective custody after he had reported that a youth doing some construction work for the church had died in the process.

An eyewitness said that the hoodlums outnumbered the Police personnel on duty, hence they ran away for safety, leading to the burning of the Police station by the angry youth.

He said that the youths also made away with no fewer than seven motorcycles belonging to policemen as well as vandalising a Honda Accord vehicle belonging to an officer.

The Church was still burning around 9:30am. Four other buildings were pulled down at the Church premises but the church was razed down completely.

Latest News: How Apostle Suleman Foretold South African President Zuma’s Humiliation From Power!

The manifestation of prophecy is primarily to build up man in his walk and help establish his relationship with God.
Prophecy will not contradict the written Word because God is not the author of confusion, and He will never confuse by saying one thing in His Word and another in prophecy.

Apostle (Prof.) Johnson Suleman, the president of Omega Fire Ministry (OFM) worldwide, on December 31, 2017, released a number of prophecies among which many have come to fulfillment.
One of the fulfilled prophecies by the ‘Oracle of God’ was the humiliation of President Jacob Zuma of South Africa from power.

Listed on number 27 of the 50 prophecies, Apostle Suleman who is the President of Omega Fire Ministries, said precisely that: “South African President Jacob Zuma To Be Humiliated.”

On Tuesday, February 13, 2018, the decision-making leadership of President Zuma’s political party, ANC, presented him sack letter and asked him to step down in two days, failing which he would be forced out of office.
In less than 24 hours to the ultimatum, President Zuma tendered his resignation letter.

Also among Apostle Suleman’s fulfilled prophecies of 2018 was the electoral victory of former footballer, George Weah, as Liberian president, and the federal government clampdown on bloggers and social media influencers.
Indeed, when true prophets speak, their words enjoy the blessings of God.

Who is JESUS?

Who is JESUS?

YES. I PRAYED THE PRAYER      I STILL HAVE A QUESTION

The world knows that 2,000 years ago a man named Jesus came from the town of Nazareth in what is now called Israel. He traveled about the region and gained a large following. After a few years, the religious leaders in Jerusalem falsely accused him of crimes and handed him over to the Roman authorities. They executed him by nailing him to a cross. A short time later, his followers preached in the name of Jesus Christ, whom they said rose from the dead. More and more followers were added to this movement which has become the Christian church of today.

These are the facts upon which even the greatest skeptic will agree. But there is so much more to Jesus than that. Where he came from, what he did on earth, what he can do for us now is all revealed in the Bible. This book contains the only record of Jesus and was written by the generation of people who heard him teach and saw his deeds. Here is what the Bible teaches us about Jesus Christ:

1. JESUS IS GOD.

John wrote about Him: In the beginning was the Word [poetic description of Jesus], and the Word was with God and the Word was God (John 1:1 ESV). He created the world and all that is in it (John 1:3). The religious leaders of his time understood that Jesus claimed to be God (John 5:17-18). Paul wrote that when Jesus died, the Father revealed to the entire world that He was God (Philippians 2:5-11).

2. JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD.

According to the Bible, “Son of God” means: (1) He is fully God. (2) He is one of three persons who together make up the One God. This concept is called the “Trinity.”

Birth of JesusThe religious leaders of Jesus’ time understood this concept: This was why the Jews were seeking all the more to kill him, because not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God. (John 5:18 ESV)

3. JESUS BECAME HUMAN THROUGH THE VIRGIN BIRTH.

The eternal Son of God already existed in heaven (John 17:5). Through the power of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:20), He was born as a human being, who was then named Jesus (Matthew 1:25). To demonstrate that Jesus was not a mere man (Colossians 2:9), God chose a virgin to give birth to Him (Luke 1:34-35).

4. JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD.

Anytime we disobey God is called sin. The penalty for sin is death, but God in his love wants us to live. Therefore, he sent the promised Messiah (also called Christ) to save the world (John 1:41). The Son of God, Jesus Christ, came to earth to die in our place. Because He lived a life without sin, only He was qualified to pay for our sins by His death on a cross. He then demonstrated His power over death when He rose from the grave three days later. Only through Jesus can our sins can be forgiven and we can come to God (Acts 4:12). Jesus Christ is the Savior of everyone in the world (John 3:16).

5. JESUS PERFORMS MIRACLES.

Jesus healsAll through his time on earth, Jesus performed miracles. He healed the sick (Matthew 8:16 among many other instances), controlled the weather (Mark 4:39), multiplied food (Matthew 14:14-21), and provided money when needed (Matthew 17:24-27). Even after leaving the earth, He still does miracles in people’s lives (Acts 3:12-16).

6. JESUS CHANGES LIVES.

People who followed Jesus turned away from their sins. He cast seven demons out of Mary Magdalene (Luke 8:2) and she became a devoted follower who told others that Jesus had risen from the dead (John 20:16). Zaccheus, a tax collector, repaid people whom he cheated when collecting taxes and gave half of everything else to the poor (Luke 19:1-10). When followers were filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, they were able to declare the message of Jesus, perform miracles, and live free from sin (Luke 10:1-20).

For nearly 2,000 years, Jesus Christ has been changing the lives of people all over the world. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV). He can change your life as well. Jesus will deliver you from sin’s addiction (Romans 6:22), renew your mind (Romans 12:2), and heal your hurts (2 Thessalonians 2:16-17).

Jesus on the Cross

7. JESUS LIVES IN HEAVEN AT FATHER GOD’S RIGHT HAND.

After Jesus rose from the dead, He ascended to heaven to the place where he was before becoming human. From there he is able to hear our prayers (Romans 8:34).

8. JESUS WILL RETURN TO JUDGE ALL HUMANITY.

While he was still on this earth, Jesus said, Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man [a title Jesus used for Himself], and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory (Matthew 24:30 ESV). When Jesus returns, He will separate those who will live with Him forever in heaven from those who will be punished (Matthew 25:31-33).

9. JESUS CHRIST WILL RECEIVE YOU IF YOU COME TO HIM.

Jesus said, Whoever comes to me I will never cast out (John 6:37 ESV). This was why He came to earth—to seek and to save the lost (Luke 19:10 ESV). It does not matter what you have done, Jesus still wants you to come to Him. He said, I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance (Luke 5:32 ESV).

PRAY WITH ME NOW TO MAKE JESUS CHRIST YOUR SAVIOR AND YOUR FRIEND.

“Thank you, God, for loving me and sending your Son to die on the cross for my sins. I give Jesus control of my life. Help me to be the person that You want me to be. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
